Way to get Services

The services provided by the Department of Information and Communication Technology, Kaliarchar, Kishoreganj for the expansion of information technology are as follows:

1. Provide the necessary support to inspect and maintain Sheikh Rasel Digital Labs;
2. Forming ICT club in schools;
3. Provide necessary assistance in the inspection and maintenance of the Union, Municipal and Upazila Digital Centers;
4. Participate in ICT committees of districts and upazilas and present opinions;
5. Participate in Innovation Committees in District and Upazila, provide technical assistance and present feedback;
6. Provide technical assistance in the maintenance of ICT equipment established by the ICT Division at all offices;
7. Provide technical training and support for the upload of information to all departments and union web portals;
8. Provide basic ICT training and technical assistance to all Government Office Officers and employees;
9. Provide e-filing training and support to the officials/ employees of the Government Office for implementation of the Peerless Office;
10. Provide technical feedback on the purchase of ICT equipment as a member of the purchasing committee of various offices;
11. Hajj pilgrims who wish to perform Hajj in government management, including online Hajj registration and informing them about various activities after registration;
12. To enhance the skills of union, municipal and digital center entrepreneurs in order to strengthen and sustain digital centers;
13. Training teachers of educational institutions to manage multimedia classrooms and create digital content;
14. Manage video conferences and provide technical support;
15. Participate in various fairs, including development fairs, internet fairs, digital fairs and celebrate ICT Day;
16. Support to increase the use of ICT to provide services at the root level;
17. Acting as prosecutor of information technology law in the mobile court;
18. Acting as administrative and head of the upazila office;
19. Ensure and coordinate the use and application of ICT at all levels of government in the additional responsible upazilas;
20. Assist in the maintenance and expansion of connectivity established by the Bangladesh Computer Council;
21. Provide technical assistance in setting up and managing free Wi-Fi zones;
22. Provide technical assistance in implementing online meeting;
23. To provide e-mobile court training to all executive magistrates and prosecutors at district and upazila level for the purpose of handling cases through e-mobile court and provide continuous support for uploading information online;
24. Under the Learning and Earning Project, trainees of various training are selected, monitored and mentored;
25. Presenting evaluations and opinions on the recruitment/promotion of ICT related employees of various offices at the Upazila level;
26. Provide technical assistance for student admission test in public schools;
